Call out to Zion, O Carmel, and announce the joyful tidings: He that was hidden from mortal eyes is come! His all-conquering sovereignty is manifest; His all-encompassing splendour is revealed. The world headquarters of the Baha'i Faith are built on the slopes of Mount Carmel, God's Holy Mountain, adjacent to the city of Haifa in Israel - the Holy Land to four major World Religions. Today there are Baha'is on every continent encompassing all races and cultures in over 200 countries - although still rather numerically small, the Baha'i Faith is the second most widespread religion after Christianity. The Tomb of the Bab is a major tourist attraction in Haifa.
